Tim Kardok has over 22 years of success in public, private, multinational and entrepreneurial corporate environments from start-ups to Fortune 1000 companies. Tim is a problem solver, marketer, turnaround and start-up tactical specialist, and visionary.

Tim's key expertise lies in the areas of corporate growth, reorganization and turnarounds that involve planning and restructuring to increase top line revenue, with related marketing and sales analysis. He has additional experience in the following areas: product development and market deployment, corporate infrastructure design, change management, strategic planning, capital raising, IPO strategy, strategic acquisitions/acquisition integration, distribution analysis and planning, and outsourcing manufacturing.

Tim's recent experience as CEO and board member of an AMEX listed company further strengthened his leadership skills. He is also adept at corporate budgeting, having developed internal controls leading to significant cost reductions, and new product development resulting in patent protection. Tim has conducted extensive supplier negotiations and developed national accounts. Tim has the ability to recognize and implement what is necessary to drive top line sales while positively impacting bottom line financial results.

Some of Tim's recent accomplishments include leading a public corporation's transition from research and development to commercialization in eight months and recognized as the second fastest growing public company in the state in 2002. He successfully transitioned a company and was instrumental in achieving a listing on the American Stock Exchange. Tim recently secured $15 million in private funding to implement the corporation's first five-year strategic business plan, which he authored. He has held various management positions at two multi-billion dollar international companies.

Tim has overseen the development of over 100 marketing and literature pieces, numerous corporate videos, flash presentations, advertising campaigns, and very successful trade show marketing plans and implementation. He developed and executed the marketing and advertising campaign to bring one company from an industry unknown to a recognizable brand and force in a $34 billion industry in two years.

Another of Tim's accomplishments is winning four "Drummer Awards" for product innovation. He has opened national distribution through a $1 billion industry leader for a new product, implemented agreements with partners in Italy, Puerto Rico, Turkey and Saudi Arabia, and outsourced manufacturing through Fortune 1000 manufacturing companies. He has successfully negotiated supplier agreements and price concessions to competitively position products and secured partnerships and private label agreements with Fortune 1000 manufacturers. Tim has also overseen the development of formalized accounting, systems and budgeting processes (both SAP and Great Plains).

Tim holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Marketing & Finance from the University of Bridgeport.
